The program is open to kids 8-17. Participants will get a free, 20-minute flight along with a commemorative photo and certificate. Free lunch is also included for the kids. Parents can pay $3.00 if they would like lunch as well. Program has been developed by the EAA Aviation Foundation to welcome young people into the world of aviation. Aviation is exciting and vital to our nation's future. They will experience a safe and enjoyable flight that will give new perspectives on the world and life in general. Participation in the Young Eagle's Program will help them understand that an individual's potential is unlimited.
Pilots and Volunteers needed. Contact Rob Wyland or Tom Hail for questions. First flight is as the fog clears, last sign up is at 12:30pm. Flights until all the kids have been airborne.
